OnePlus is all set to launch its latest OnePlus 8 series smartphones including the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro on April 14th, via an online-only event. A previous report claimed that OnePlus will launch the Warp Charge 30 Wireless Charger at the same event. The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z have also been tipped to launch soon, and renders of Bluetooth earphones were posted by reliable tipster Evan Blass, revealing its colour variants. Now, Pricebaba obtained more details about the Bullets Wireless Z, via tipster Ishan Agarwal.

According to Agarwal, the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z will feature Warp Charge fast charging (also seen on OnePlus smartphones) which will be able to provide up to 10 hours of usage with just a 10-minute charge. Additionally, the Bullets Wireless Z will offer an impressive battery life of 20 hours on a full charge. Agarwal confirms that the Bullets Wireless Z will feature IP55 certification. This means the earphones are protected against dust, and can be sprayed with a jet of water for 5-10 minutes. Notably, the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z will feature a Bluetooth latency of just 110ms, which means the delay between the audio signal being sent and when you can hear it is very low. This is pretty impressive, considering that Apple’s AirPods Pro feature a latency of 144ms.

We already know that the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z will be offered in four colours thanks to the leaked renders, and Agarwal confirms they will be available in the same hues, i.e. black, white, blue and green. The renders shared by Blass also debunked earlier speculation that the Bullets Wireless Z would be true wireless earphones, since they revealed a cable connecting the earbuds. We can expect the Bullet Wireless Z to have a neckband design like its predecessors, the OnePlus Bullets Wireless and Bullets Wireless 2.

It’s still unclear whether OnePlus will launch the Bullets Wireless Z alongside the OnePlus 8 series on April 14th, or defer them to a later date. We can expect some information to be revealed at the upcoming event, so stay tuned.
